The intern will be responsible for IT Administration tasks in addition to desk-side application support.
It administration tasks involve managing lists of data, creating and maintain application information documents and supporting IT inventory management processing.
Responsibilities also include providing live support to end users. This involves live desk-side and conference support of printers, laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals, video conferencing equipment, land-based and mobile phones.
Familiarity with windows desktop and server Operating Systems and networking is required with experience in Mac OSx, iOS and Android operating systems preferred.
The successful intern will be technically oriented with strong troubleshooting skills. Soft skills include a customer service orientation and strong verbal/written communications along with the ability to resolve challenging issues with creative problem solving.

Provide live desk-side support to end users
Provide live support for all computing devices and peripherals
Provide live teleconference support
Set-up, maintain and breakdown employee workstations
Order, deploy, maintain and retire computer hardware and software inventory
Document all inventory management activities
Students in college to obtain Bachelor’s degree
